What you will be doing:

• Resolve routine title issues including vesting issues judgments liens subordination agreements releases and other title matters.
• Execute title curative actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process.
• Maintain a high level of customer service through proactive communication with customers and business partners.
• Responsible for managing the entire real estate closing process including compliance with lender instructions balancing closing instructions communication with the lender title requirements company requirements and other written instructions
• Balance schedule compile closing doents with lender and title packages
• Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
• Impacts the quality timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
• Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
• Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
• Communicates and explains complex information including interdependencies within the team and others
• Works under limited supervision exercises time management while meeting the goals and task igned of all integrated workflow from the lender in a timely manner.
• Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities

Experience you will need:

• Lien clearing and title resolution experience.
• Curative title experience with a previous title company.
• Strong knowledge of Texas title abstracts examination and title commitments.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication ss.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with borrowers partners and third parties.
• Knowledge of title and mortgage doents.
• Previous mortgage/title industry experience.
• Experience in a multistate operation.
• Experience in managing a pipeline of transactions.
• Strong Word and Excel experience.
