Sales Development Manager

Santa Monica CA

$75100K base Commissions


About the Company:

A rapidly growing technology company with significant opportunities for career advancement seeks a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Development Manager to lead our clients team to excellence.


Employment Type: FullTime Hybrid


Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in identifying qualifying and nurturing leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior SDRs contributing to their professional development.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Conduct targeted cold calls and outreach campaigns to engage with prospects and build rapport.
  • Sales Qualification: ess lead quality and determine their fit for our products and services.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through the sales process.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and enablement.
  • Data Management: Accurately track and manage lead data in our preferred CRM system Salesforce.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Excellent cold calling and lead generation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management ss.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • A pion for sales and a desire to succeed.
