Known for handling highprofile complex litigation the firm serves both public and private sector clients with a focus on constitutional law civil rights wildfire litigation and eminent domain. Their Trial & Litigation Practice Group manages cases from initial pleadings through trial and appeal in both state and federal courts.

Job Description:

As a Litigation Attorney you will handle all phases of litigation including:

• Managing cases from initial pleadings through discovery motions trial and appeals.
  
• Working on complex cases involving constitutional law civil rights eminent domain and other areas.
  
• Developing litigation strategies and drafting persuasive legal arguments.
  
• Managing electronic discovery and conducting law and motion practice in state and federal courts.
  
• Developing evidence interviewing witnesses and conducting/defending depositions.
  
• Preparing cases for trial particularly in highstakes and largescale litigation.
  

Qualifications:

• 4 6 years of litigation experience ideally involving complex case management.
  
• Strong research and writing ss with a proven ability to draft clear legal arguments.
  
• Experience with federal and state court litigation including dispositive motions.
  
• Familiarity with electronic discovery and deposition practice.
  
• Experience in eminent domain or real estate law is a plus but not required.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
