Job Description
Long Island boutique labor and employment law firm of 12 attorneys is looking for a fulltime litigation associate representing management in employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have 1 5year experience with litigation knowledge/experience strong academic record; very strong writing skills; highly organized and capable of independent work.
Candidates must be knowledgeable/experienced in federal and state Labor laws including Title VII ADEA ADA FMLA and FLSA and State Human Rights Law. Wage and Hour Class Action litigation is a plus but not necessary.
COMPENSATION:
We are offering a salary commensurate with your knowledge of the above Labor and Employment law and litigation experience.
Position also includes full benefit package of medical and profit sharing.
