Position Overview: We are seeking a Growth Equity Partner to join our dynamic team. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in sourcing evaluating and managing growth equity investments. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge strong ytical ss and a pion for working with entrepreneurs to scale their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Investments: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research networking and relationshipbuilding within the industry.

• Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process including financial modeling competitive ysis and operational essments to evaluate investment viability.

• Portfolio Management: Actively manage and support portfolio companies working closely with management teams to develop growth strategies and operational improvements.

• Market ysis: Stay informed about market trends industry developments and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs industry leaders and coinvestors to foster collaboration and enhance deal flow.

• Investment Strategy: Contribute to the firms investment strategy and decisionmaking process presenting investment recommendations to the investment committee.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in growth equity private equity investment banking or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
• Strong ytical and financial modeling ss.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $200000 $350000 base salary depending on experience and qualifications.
