Principal Growth Equity

Position Overview: As a Principal in our Growth Equity team you will play a pivotal role in sourcing evaluating and managing investments in highgrowth companies. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and ytical ss to identify opportunities conduct due diligence and support portfolio companies in scaling their operations. This role requires a strategic mindset strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Investments: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research networking and building relationships with entrepreneurs and industry experts.
• Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive due diligence processes including financial ysis competitive essments and operational evaluations to inform investment decisions.
• Deal Structuring: Collaborate with legal and financial teams to negotiate deal terms and structure investments that align with our firms strategic goals.
• Portfolio Management: Actively engage with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance operational support and access to resources that drive growth.
• Market ysis: Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and emerging technologies to identify potential investment themes and opportunities.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior team members sharing insights and fostering their professional development within the firm.
• Investor Relations: Participate in presentations and discussions with investors to communicate investment strategies performance updates and market outlook.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in growth equity private equity venture capital or related fields with a track record of successful investments.
• ytical Ss: Strong financial modeling and ytical ss with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of specific sectors/industries and trends influencing growth and investment opportunities.
