Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Growth Equity yst to join our dynamic investment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research financial ysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities in growthstage companies. This role is critical in supporting our investment decisionmaking process and contributing to our portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth financial modeling and valuation ysis for growthstage companies.
- Perform market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscapes.
- ist in the due diligence process by evaluating business plans financial statements and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with senior team members to prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Monitor and yze the performance of portfolio companies and present findings to the team.
- Build and maintain financial models and databases to support ongoing research efforts.
- ist in sourcing new investment opportunities through networking and market outreach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field. A Masters degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- 13 years of experience in investment banking private equity venture capital or a related field.
- Strong ytical and quantitative ss with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- A pion for growthstage investing and understanding of various industries and business models.
