Job Description
Horizons is looking for a QC/QA Specialistwith solid experience in the Apparel Manufacturing industry to join one of our international clients a USheadquartered ecommerce apparel company.
This position will play a key role within the Global Manufacturingteam.You will work daily with the factory and report to QC Supervisor to oversee production and workmanship for all garments on order.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Quality at Every Stage: Inspect garments throughout the production process essing key attributes like dimensions performance workmanship and compliance.
- Fabric Inspection: Examine fabric rolls for imperfections defects and shade variations to ensure consistency and quality.
- Accuracy in Detail: Verify UPC and barcodes for scanning precision and data integrity.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Report quality issues and nonconforming products to the QC supervisor or factory manager ensuring timely rework and resolution.
- PreProduction Precision: Review size sets and patterns for accuracy before initiating bulk production to prevent costly errors.
- Attention to Detail: Inspect your own work for accuracy completeness and adherence to all requirements.
- Drive Quality Improvement: Play a key role in reducing defect rates and enhancing overall production quality.
- Innovate for Success: Contribute fresh ideas and proposals to drive company innovation growth and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 Years of Industry Expertise: Proven experience in a factory environment with handson involvement in garment production.
- Strong MultiTasker & Communicator: Ability to juggle multiple tasks while collaborating effectively with team members to drive company growth and optimize factory efficiency.
- InDepth Garment Knowledge: Solid understanding of garment construction fitting and fabric types to ensure product excellence.
- TechSavvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook) and Google Docs for seamless report management and communication.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Committed to ensuring every aspect of production is completed with precision free from defects.
- Highly Organised: Exceptional ability to manage reports and make necessary adjustments keeping production on track.
- ResultsDriven & Proactive: A selfstarter who takes initiative aiming for the highest quality standards and continuous improvement.
