Coach and guide all levels of management supervisors and employees at facility to establish the safety culture prevention activities and collaborative approach
Conduct and lead the basic concepts suchlike risk assessment and environmental aspects & impact assessment training programs Emergency preparedness site walks/tours reporting GEMBA activities 5S implementations etc.
Follow up and supervise the HSE performance hazards risks and precautions and take necessary actions where necessary.
Participate the incident prevention programs workshop sessions and incident investigation and analysis studies.
Provide competencybased health safety and environmental training for employees and contractors staff when required
