Job Description
- Drive the HSE activities at facility and implement identified improvements together with the local management.
- Coach and guide all levels of management supervisors and employees at facility to establish the safety culture prevention activities and collaborative approach
- Conduct and lead the basic concepts suchlike risk assessment and environmental aspects & impact assessment training programs Emergency preparedness site walks/tours reporting GEMBA activities 5S implementations etc.
- Follow up and supervise the HSE performance hazards risks and precautions and take necessary actions where necessary.
- Participate the incident prevention programs workshop sessions and incident investigation and analysis studies.
- Provide competencybased health safety and environmental training for employees and contractors staff when required
