Job Description
Ss Required:
The IT Technical Aid will possess knowledge and experience in customer service decision making organizational awareness problem solving oral communication speaking and writing troubleing hardware and software issues.
Experience Required:
- Two (2) years of highly specialized clerical experience involved in an information systems environment including the use or installation of desktop software and/or operating highspeed commercial printers.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years providing IT Help Desk support.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years of Microsoft Windows 10 installation configuration support and maintenance experience.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years lifting and imaging personal computers devices for both setup and installation of desktop computers laptops and printers.
- Experience in deploying personal computers and laptops.
Education Required:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Information:
Canidate must have a valid California Drivers License with no restrictions and have their own vehicle to commute to other work sites. Candidate will be lifting and/or transporting PC devices for installation and disposal.
