Job Title: Project Manager Capital Markets/Wealth Management (Remote)
Max Rate: $75/hr
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a specialized background in Capital Markets or Wealth Management. The successful candidate will lead projects from inception through completion ensuring the timely delivery of highquality results. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle including stakeholder management budgeting resource allocation and issue resolution. Your role will also include support for various adhoc tasks and strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend Wealth Management projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives scope requirements and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocations while monitoring progress.
- Proactively identify ess and manage project risks and issues ensuring quick resolution to prevent delays.
- Oversee project financials including budgeting forecasting and tracking actuals against projections.
- Manage effective communication with stakeholders ensuring alignment and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the business with adhoc tasks and initiatives ensuring project goals align with strategic objectives.
- Foster a positive collaborative team environment encouraging the use of best practices and driving continuous improvement across projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Project Management within Capital Markets or Wealth Management environments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in financial services.
- Experience managing all project phases from initiation through and closure.
- Strong stakeholder management ss with the ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations.
- Solid understanding of project management odologies tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in budgeting forecasting and project financial tracking.
- Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking ss with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Ss:
- PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile project management odologies is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership ss.
