Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement longterm strategies to enhance growth market share and profitability in alignment with the companys vision and goals.
- Operational Oversight: Manage all daytoday operations ensuring efficiency productivity and adherence to internal and external policies and regulations.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee financial performance including budgeting financial planning and risk management to ensure sustainability and profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business practices meet the necessary legal and regulatory frameworks with a strong focus on compliance in the lending sector.
- Innovation & Growth: Foster a culture of innovation to drive new products and services customer satisfaction and differentiation in the market.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming executive team ensuring accountability performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including shareholders customers regulators and financial institutions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks ensuring robust internal controls and processes across all aspects of the business.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior executive roles within the financial services or loan sector.
- Deep understanding of the lending industry including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong financial aen with experience in driving profitable growth and managing complex financial operations.
- Exceptional leadership and management ss with a track record of building highperformance teams.
- Ability to drive innovation and customercentric strategies in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business finance or a related field.
- Experience in digital transformation and technological advancements within the financial services sector.
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks in multiple jurisdictions (if applicable).
