Role Overview:
The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary leadership strategic direction and effective management of the loan company. The role will focus on driving the companys growth profitability and competitive market positioning ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. The CEO will oversee the companys operational financial and administrative functions while promoting a culture of innovation customercentricity and risk management.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business practices meet the necessary legal and regulatory frameworks with a strong focus on compliance in the lending sector.

- Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior executive roles within the financial services or loan sector.
- Deep understanding of the lending industry including regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements
