We are looking for a Department Head SME Loan for our Local Bank client in Makati
Industry: Banking
Setup: Onsite in Makati
Salary: 120k180k
Working days: Mon to Fri

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business marketing sales or a related field

2. At least 5 years of relevant sales experience must be in the Banking industry and must be with SME Loan Experience/Background

3. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

4. Ability to coach others

5. Strong negotiation ss

6. Excellent communication ss (both verbal and written)

7. Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams

8. Strong leadership and teambuilding ss

9. Very good interpersonal ss
