Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Fulltime Eastern Time (10 AM 7 PM EST)
Salary Range: $900 $1300 USD per month

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage daily quotes by accessing the quote platform gathering required details and identifying relevant items for each quote.
Collaborate with partner channels to secure valid configurations competitive pricing and availability that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Engage with multiple partners to obtain quotes and register deals for larger orders via manufacturer websites email communication or phone.
Build and nurture strong relationships with supplier partners. Register opportunities and ensure smooth collaboration with distributors and manufacturers.
yze quotes to secure the best pricing and update the quote in the ERP system with precise and detailed information.
Ensure all quotes align with contractual requirements.
Initiate at least 20 quotes per day via email and follow up to manage responses.
Ensure quotes are finalized within set time limits.
Maintain excellent organizational ss to manage multiple tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of all quotes.
Provide basic customer support addressing questions and concerns related to quotes for both internal teams and customers.

MustHave Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience.
Proven experience in quoting and working with distributors/manufacturers.
Strong organizational and time management ss.
Excellent verbal and written communication ss.
Basic customer support experience.
Proficiency in ERP systems for data entry and quote management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

13 years of experience with government contracts or procurement processes.
Experience with GSA contract quoting and administration is an advantage.
Ability to manage tasks across organizational departments and deliver highquality compliant proposals on schedule.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and proprietary RFQ software.
Strong oral and written communication ss.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
