Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customerfocused Online Coordinator to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and a passion for fashion. You will be the face of our brand ensuring every client has a positive experience while also handling backend tasks such as order processing and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Provide outstanding customer service via phone and through email. Assist clients with product inquiries styling advice and resolving any issues.
- Order Processing: Manage online and instore orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Shipping and Packaging: Help prepare and package orders with care ensuring all shipments meet brand standards. Coordinate with shipping providers to track and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Service: Address client concerns process returns or exchanges and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining the store’s appearance organizing inventory and restocking items as needed.
- Fashion Expertise: Stay updated on current fashion trends and our product offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail fashion or customer service is an asset.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills (e.g. order management software email).
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
