Marketing Specialist and Coordinator
Location: Mississauga ON Hybrid
Compensation: $65000–$75000 (base) strong bonus of up to 10%

Position Overview:
Based in Mississauga this standalone role offers substantial learning opportunities including mentorship from a very experienced Head of Sales & Marketing. You will collaborate with global affiliates external agencies and internal teams to execute impactful campaigns coordinate events and support business development efforts.

We’re seeking a selfstarter with a proactive mindset flexibility to take on new challenges and a proven ability to excel in product marketing digital marketing including Social and Email and event coordination. Compensation & Benefits:
- Strong base salary of $65000–$75000 bonus potential up to 10%.
- Comprehensive benefits package including dental and paramedical (effective after three months).
- 3 weeks of paid vacation.
- Hybrid work model: 3 days inoffice 2 days remote (you choose WFH days) once training is complete (estimated 23 months)
- Standard hours: Mon–Fri 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM with a 1hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns for North America and Latin America. This is a role that entails planning handson execution as well as reporting on campaigns.
- Manage integrated marketing calendar.
- Create and manage content for social media (LinkedIn) and marketing channels in collaboration with global teams. Basic graphic design or can use external agency.
- Spearhead the management and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Plan and coordinate 12 tradeshows client events and open houses annually.
- Conduct market research and support product marketing and planning strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies on PPC SEO and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain marketing materials sales literature and tradeshow assets.
- Write press releases and manage media relations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to guide decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field or 5 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience in diverse marketing functions including product traditional and digital marketing.
- B2B tangible product Marketing experience
- Experience in Social Media Marketing to B2B clientele especially on LinkedIn.
- Proficient in Email Marketing.
- Fundamental understanding of SEO SEM (to work with external agency)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Language proficiency in German or Japanese is an asset but not required.
