Position Overview:We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiativesfor C2 Montral 2025 and our experiential studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion forcreativity a deep understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to inspire teams toelevate our brand and engage a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies that promote C2 throughout the yearincluding the flagship C2 Montreal.
- Oversee branding advertising digital marketing and public relations efforts ensuring alignment with C2s mission and drive ticket sales corporate leads for partnerships and custom experiences.
- Map customer journeys across multiple touchpoints leveraging systematic thinking about data flows decision trees and user pathways to orchestrate personalized experiences.
- Analyze data interpretation and foster data intuition within the marketing team to transform insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement.
- Cultivate crosscultural fluency by understanding regional consumer behaviors motivations and cultural contexts that influence marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget track performance metrics and adjust strategies to
maximize ROI across different experiences. - Build and nurture relationships with partners sponsors and media to enhance C2s
visibility and broaden its reach. - Lead mentor and inspire the marketing team promoting a culture of creativity
experimentation and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Masters
degree preferred). - 7 years of experience in marketing particularly in event marketing or experiential
marketing. - Proven track record of crafting successful marketing strategies and campaigns in
dynamic environments. - Comfortable with new technologies including AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems ideallyHubSpot.
- B2B marketing experience is essential; experience in the entertainment industry wouldbe a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to articulate andquestion data narratives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven marketing approaches coupledwith cultural awareness.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced multiproject environment and manage competing
priorities. - Creative thinker with a strong passion for innovation and collaboration.
