The Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the Sales and Marketing Groups (SMG) efficiency and effectiveness by leading process improvement and policy development initiatives. This position involves collaborating with process owners and crossfunctional teams to evaluate and optimize current business processes workflows and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role will primarily be tasked at driving process improvement and policy development initiatives with process owners and crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless aimed at generating positive business results.
- Evaluate current business processes workflows and systems in collaboration with crossfunctional teams to identify inefficiencies streamline workflows and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality.
- Conducts regular postevaluation of major sales & marketing activities and provides recommendations
- Leads the development implementation and compliance of internal SMG policies and procedures ensuring alignment with overall company requirements and industry best practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process improvement operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving tangible results.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement odologies.
- Experience with process mapping and doentation tools.
- Proficiency in data ysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau).
- Strong understanding of business operations and workflows.
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement odologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
