- Proven ability to supervise and collaborate with a team while maintaining strong interpersonal ss.
- Extensive mechanical background and handson experience with modern agriculture equipment.
- Excellent communication ss to interact effectively with both management and peers.
- Capable of operating and maintaining large equipment with confidence and precision.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring the success of each task and the overall farm operation.
- Physically able to perform tasks that involve climbing lifting shoveling and working in a variety of environments.
- Ability to adapt to extended hours during peak seasons maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Selfmotivated disciplined and able to make informed decisions independently.
- Basic math ss and a focus on safety at all times.
