Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Solutions & Delivery Engineer to bridge the gap between sales and customer success. In this role you will demonstrate our SaaS solutions to manufacturers and distributors gather and yze client requirements design solutions and oversee the implementation process. Your goal is to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and seamless integration. You'll excel in a rapidly changing environment by applying your problemsolving ss continuous learning and proactive communication. With exceptional organizational and time management abilities you'll ensure that every aspect of the customer lifecycle is executed with precision. This role will require creativity collaboration and adaptability as you wear multiple hats and make an impact from day one.
As a Solutions & Delivery Engineer you will report to the VP of Sales Engineering & Delivery. Your expertise in supply chain APIs and ERP systems will enable you to offer customized solutions while nurturing longterm client relationships through proactive meetings and responsive support. You will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams managing the entire customer lifecycle from initial discovery to postimplementation support. Your insights will be instrumental to the leadership team as we continue to innovate and grow.
