As a Data Protection Representative you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations across various Group Functions. You will collaborate closely with privacy teams legal counsel and other stakeholders to implement and monitor data protection practices and policies that align with legal requirements and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Privacy Compliance & Advisory: Inform train and advise Group Functions on privacy compliance and ensure adherence to relevant steering doents and processes in collaboration with privacy teams and legal counsel.
Development of Privacy Tools: Create specific instructions templates and guidelines to support privacy compliance aligned with legal counsel and the privacy function.
Data Subject Rights & Breach Reporting: Manage Data Subject Rights requests and Personal Data Breach reporting ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Privacy by Design: Promote and implement Privacy by Design principles in ongoing projects and change initiatives to maintain privacy at the core of all developments.
Record of Processing Oversight: Oversee and maintain the accuracy of the Group Functions subset of the record of processing activities (data catalogue).
Privacy Notices: Ensure the implementation of privacy notices where required in alignment with legal counsel and the privacy function.
Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and ess compliance within Group Functions providing reports and updates on privacy adherence.
Reporting & Audits: Coordinate and deliver reports related to data privacy control and audit activities within Group Functions.
Collaboration & Support: Serve as a point of contact to support process owners and participate in regular meetings with privacy networks and stakeholders.

You will work as part of the Group Function Privacy Team collaborating with legal and data privacy professionals to ensure robust privacy governance across the organization.
Qualifications:
Legal Expertise in GDPR: Strong knowledge and experience in GDPR and data privacy legal frameworks.
Training & Communication: Ability to effectively communicate privacy concepts and legal requirements to various stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience in managing privacy compliance handling Data Subject Rights requests and responding to data breaches.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Excellent collaboration ss with crossfunctional teams legal counsel and privacy experts.
Fluent in English: Proficiency in both verbal and written English is required.
