Senior Construction Project Manager DACH
Location: Europebased projects (Polandbased WFH with frequent travel)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our clients team. In this role you will oversee the execution of complex small construction projects in industries such as pharmaceuticals precision engineering medical devices and electronics reporting directly to the UKbased Director. This position involves managing projects across Europe ensuring timely delivery adherence to quality standards and clear client communication. The companys headquarters and R&D center are located in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Source and manage quotes order materials coordinate with suppliers and ensure ontime deliveries.
- Design Management: Collaborate with clients and suppliers on design development review technical drawings and finalize project documentation.
- Project Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules in MS Projects manage subcontractor performance and allocate team resources effectively.
- Site Management: Comply with health and safety regulations oversee site resources manage waste tools and supplier efficiency.
- Client Communication: Attend regular client meetings manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and produce comprehensive weekly project reports.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects with a value of 1M Euros or more.
- Proficiency in CAD Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and resource management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Revit and MS Projects.
- Experience managing construction projects such as laboratories electronics assembly facilities and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
- German language skills
