Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve doent control systems for efficient distribution retrieval and archiving
• Ensure project doents are consistently updated reviewed and approved in line with company standards
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Collaborate with project teams and departments to address specific doentation needs
• Serve as the central point of contact for all doentrelated queries and concerns
• ist with training team members on doent control practices and systems
• Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Key Ss/Requirements:

• Proven experience in doent control ideally within the architecture or design industry
• Proficiency with doent control platforms particularly Aconex
• Strong attention to detail and a odical approach to tasks
• Excellent organisational and time management ss
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal ss
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
