Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve doent control systems for efficient distribution retrieval and archiving
- Ensure project doents are consistently updated reviewed and approved in line with company standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Collaborate with project teams and departments to address specific doentation needs
- Serve as the central point of contact for all doentrelated queries and concerns
- ist with training team members on doent control practices and systems
- Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Key Ss/Requirements:
- Proven experience in doent control ideally within the architecture or design industry
- Proficiency with doent control platforms particularly Aconex
- Strong attention to detail and a odical approach to tasks
- Excellent organisational and time management ss
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
