Job Description

Doent Controller for Dynamic HighProfile Projects – London Studio

Location: London
Type: FullTime

About the Role:
An awardwinning architecture and design studio is seeking an experienced Doent Controller to join their London office. This role will support a major project working closely with the project team clients thirdparty consultants and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detailoriented and comfortable managing strict deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution and receipt of project doents ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Verify and check doents before issuance maintaining version control
  • Maintain project registers and control logs for tracking doentation
  • ist teams with organizing and accessing key project information
  • Prepare reports and ist in project scheduling and closeout processes
  • Ensure doent control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle

Required Ss and Experience:

  • Proven experience in doent control within construction or related sectors
  • Proficiency with Aconex NewForma or similar doent control systems
  • Strong organizational ss with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication ss both written and verbal
