Project Manager Contract - Hybrid in Atlanta

Job Overview: Stratfield is seeking a Project Manager to join our Creative Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing project management and will be responsible for managing the daytoday workflow of creative ets from intake to dispatch. A qualified candidate will be detailoriented thrive in a team environment and work alongside the creative team and other stakeholders while coordinating production details to ensure ideas are successfully translated.

This is a 12month contract position that will be hybrid. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Have strong knowledge of the specific projects on the creative and production calendar build schedules for each project and ensure that stakeholders are always informed of the status and schedule.
• Proactively elish tasks for igned projects in our workflow tool including briefing estimating/invoicing concepting production and file delivery. Communicate expectations and deadlines to the executor of each task.
• Elish daily communication with the team regarding upcoming tasks for the next 2448 hours and shift work as needed to meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with legal ensuring all creative revisions have been incorporated.
• Act as a liaison between the stakeholder creative team and the field to share detailed and concise feedback with the creative team.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Must be evenkeeled with the ability to juggle 2030 projects simultaneously while maintaining timely communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Operate with a sense of urgency and have the ability to discern when project deadlines are in jeopardy making necessary shifts.
• Superb planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ss.
• Workfront experience is a strong plus.
• Creative/marketing experience in an agency is a strong plus.
