Job Description
Are you thrilled by the development of new products Do you follow the new trendsWe are looking for a person like you to lead our Product Development team!
Tasks
- identyfying the market and the competition trends
- managing the annual budget for the new developing products
- yzing the sale patterns
- identyfying the market and the competition trends
- observing the stock quantities and make suggestions for minimization
- managing the product costs
- managing the packaging prerequisites
- supervising the team and provide onthejob training where needed
- reporting weekly to the members of board
- cooperating effectively with the R&D marketing and commercial departments
- identifying the need for the companys presence in various exhibitions
- leading the companys presence to various award contests
Requirements
- BSc in Chemistry/Business Administration
- MBA/MSc in Business Administration/Marketing/Product Management
- at least 35 years of experience in a similar field to cosmetics
- very good knowledge of english
Nice to have:
- experience in budgeting reports
- experience in ERP systems
- higly developed ss in communication/teamwork
