Tasks

• identyfying the market and the competition trends
• managing the annual budget for the new developing products
• yzing the sale patterns
• identyfying the market and the competition trends
• observing the stock quantities and make suggestions for minimization
• managing the product costs
• managing the packaging prerequisites
• supervising the team and provide onthejob training where needed
• reporting weekly to the members of board
• cooperating effectively with the R&D marketing and commercial departments
• identifying the need for the companys presence in various exhibitions
• leading the companys presence to various award contests

Requirements

• BSc in Chemistry/Business Administration
• MBA/MSc in Business Administration/Marketing/Product Management
• at least 35 years of experience in a similar field to cosmetics
• very good knowledge of english

Nice to have:

• experience in budgeting reports
• experience in ERP systems
• higly developed ss in communication/teamwork
