- Assess employee appraisals to identify training needs
- Recommend appropriate training programs to Hotels Managers
- Communicate with Educational institutions
- Handle the administration of training programs
- Maintain records of training assessments and retraining requirements
- Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and employee feedback
- Maintain knowledge of latest trends in training programs
- Create and acquire training procedure manuals and policies
- Participate in Train the trainer programs
- Participate in formation and implementation of the Training Academy
- Ensure that training programs comply with local regulations safety standards and industry requirements
- Manage training budget optimize resources and ensure costeffectiveness in training initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration Social Sciences Education or other Bachelor Degree
- Min 4 year working experience in a similar role
- Excellent use of English both writing and speaking
- Excellent use of MS Office (strong skills in excel)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Certifications in training and development will be an asset
- Experience in creating video tutorials or utilizing training/quiz platforms is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Teamwork and cooperation spirit
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
- Ability to maintain and update HR databases
- High level of integrity while handling confidential material
