Job Opportunity: CNA MS/Tele in Burien & Tacoma WA

• Position: CNA MS/Tele
• Location: Burien & Tacoma WA
• Pay Rate: $33$34 per hour
• Shift: Nights (3*12)
• Work Week: 36 hours per week
• Duration: 12 weeks

Your Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care including istance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to patient calls ess needs and provide appropriate istance.
• Monitor and record vital signs food intake and urinary/fecal output.
• Gather information from medical professionals about patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Remind patients to take medications and supplements. Stay updated on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures

What Were Looking For:

• Unit: Med/Surg/ Tele
• # of bed: 31
• Ratios: 5:1
• Required certifications: BLS WA license
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Pneumonia cellutitis end of life elective joint replacement emergent abdominal surgery mental health long term placement
• Experience or Must have ss: Must have at least 1 year of acute care RN experience
• Are RNs required to titrate drips yes
• Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Heparin morphine fentanyl
• Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Yes
• Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios Yes 810:1
• RT Equipment (vents Cpap BiPap etc) CPap
• Is there tele on this unit Monitor Techs RNs read strips Tele monitoring remotely monitored
• Shifts & Scheduling 12 hour shifts 3 shifts/week
• Weekend Requirement EOW Holiday Requirement As scheduled
• Is there a call or standby requirement No Floating Requirements
• May be floated to Tele unit per rotation
• Scrub Color/Dress Code Any professional colors
• Unit/Department specific orientation 6 Birch 1 day orientation

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Burien OR Tacoma WA Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person

Requirements:

• CNA WA license
• NIHSS Required
• BSN Required: NO
• Experience in MedSurg/Tele.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Good communication ss.
• COVID Vaccination
