Job Role: Candidate is responsible for driving the insurance business for the igned area. It includes sales of both life and nonlife insurance products and the after sales services in case of queries. To help the sales team and advisors on services / claim settlements etc. To maintain good relationships with insurance companies. Also to help the sales team to bring new advisors. Job Description: To develop the insurance business in igned territory by supporting the Sales Team. Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Branch Manager. Training of the advisors on Products Processes and Policies as defined by the Head office. Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities. Activity Planning and overall team management. Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into the business. Products: Both Life and NonLife Insurance Experience : 8 1 2 yrs experience in both life & non life insurance selling. Preferred candidate who has worked in B2B (Business to Business) model OR Agency Model who has handled the Business Partners / Advisors. Team handling experience should be there. Salary Range: Yearly CTC is divided into two parts 1) Fixed CTC – 9 lpa upper range 2) Yearly Performance base incentive which is given at Financial Year end – 7 lpa.
