Job Description
Location : Pan India
Job Responsibilities
Backstage Platform Development:
- Design develop and maintain Backstage plugins and integrations to enhance developer workflows.
- Customize and extend Backstage functionality to meet the specific needs of our engineering teams.
Developer Experience Improvement:
- Work closely with development teams to identify pain points and areas for improvement in their workflows.
- Implement solutions to improve the efficiency usability and overall experience for developers using Backstage.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management engineering and operations to ensure Backstage solutions align with business needs.
- Provide support and training to developers on Backstage best practices and features.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience: 59Years
- Proven experience as a Developer Experience Engineer or in a similar role.
- Handson experience with Backstage including plugin development and customization.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Technical Ss:
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Experience with Kubernetes Docker and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs microservices and modern software architecture.
- Soft Ss:
- Excellent problemsolving ss and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration ss.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
