Serene Nursing Services is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The Business Development Representative is responsible for the following:
- Accountable for all client growth and new client onboarding.
- The Business Development Representative must effectively market Serene Nursing services to Nursing Homes isted Living Facilites and Hospitals.
- Generate leads on prospective clients contact prospective clients present company services and secure new management contracts.
- Must be able to relate to all people have a customer first attitude and a high degree of professional and ethical standards and carry out duties with crisp and exceptional follow through.
- Develop and execute growth plans to increase the Serene Nursing Service portfolio of healthcare staffing.
- Use personal and professional network company contact lists and other sources to support business development.
- Leverage company s CRM to doent monitor yze and manage activity against igned quarterly targets.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or ociate degree in Marketing Business or a healthrelated science (e.g. nursing pharmacy etc.) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
- Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in sed nursing facilities (SNFs) DME ortho cardio etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation ss required.
- Ability to travel within igned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Certified Medical istant or Licensed Practical Nurse or registered nurse. - ist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. - ist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. - Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection and maintain a clean and safe environment. - ist with airway management and respiratory support as needed. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. - Provide emotional support to patients and their families. - Doent patient information accurately and timely.
Education
. College Degree or equivalent . At least 2 years experience in a Staffing role performing similar work duties . Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
