Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance electricians providing mentorship and support in daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISOrelated safety norms and standards in all electrical maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems including Topra and BHS machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Trouble and diagnose electrical issues ensuring timely repairs and servicing.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems and machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and electrical system performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Train team members on best practices for electrical safety and maintenance.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 34 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance specifically with Topra and BHS systems.
- Familiarity with ISO safety standards and regulations.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- A proactive and energetic approach to work.
Preferred Ss:
- Relevant certifications in electrical maintenance or engineering.
- Experience with automation and control systems is a plus.
