What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced marketer to lead the development and execution of traditional marketing campaigns that will enhance brand awareness drive foot traffic and support sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offline marketing channels such as print media events sponsorships outdoor advertising and direct marketing. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to deliver creative costeffective campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
What does the job involve
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Research target markets and analyze customer behaviors to identify the best marketing channels.
- Plan execute and optimize marketing campaigns including print advertising events billboards flyers and direct mail.
- Event Marketing & Sponsorships
- Plan and organize companysponsored events trade shows and product launches to increase brand visibility.
- Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities that align with brand goals negotiating contracts and overseeing execution.
- Collaborate with event vendors media partners and external agencies to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Print & Outdoor Advertising
- Design and coordinate print advertising campaigns including brochures posters flyers and magazine ads.
- Manage outdoor advertising efforts including billboards youtube transit ads and signage influencers ensuring the medium reflects brand messaging and is strategically placed.
- Work with graphic designers and external vendors to develop highquality visually appealing print materials.
- Direct Marketing
- Create and manage direct mail campaigns to reach key customer segments with personalized offers.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral and distribution ensuring that materials reach the right audience.
- Monitor the performance of direct marketing efforts adjusting strategies based on response rates and ROI.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and marketing strategies to ensure our campaigns are competitive and innovative.
- Regularly review and analyze data to assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Budget Management
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Track expenses negotiate contracts and ensure that all marketing initiatives are delivered within budget.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with external vendors such as printing companies media outlets and event organizers to ensure timely and quality execution of marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales procurement amongst others to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Brand & Communications or a related field.
- 6 years of Marketing experience with 3 years working in a leadership role as a traditional and digital marketer.
- Experience working in an fmcg or supply chain industry.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical space is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads SEO social media PPC advertising) and marketing tools (e.g. CRM analytics software).
