What you will be doing:
- Take charge of client stakeholder engagements driving project success by aligning plans with client goals.
- Proactively monitor progress address delays and make smart adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Build strong client relationships by managing all communications and resolving issues promptly.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear regular updates on project progress and timeline adjustments.
- Lead the planning and testing of projects while guiding and supporting your team for optimal results.
- Advocate for client needs working closely with senior management to enhance service delivery and exceed expectations.
- Continuously refine project management practices sharing insights with teams and fostering productive vendor partnerships.
What you need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- 3 5 years of project management experience.
- Knowledge and experience in the finance industry.
- Experience working with software projects.
- Positive attitude enthusiasm and strong aptitude for success.
