Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage fullcycle recruitment for operative staff and administrative roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Oversee employee relations addressing issues resolving conflicts and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws health and safety regulations.
- Manage performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
- Handle payroll employee benefits and leave administration
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and handle reporting requirements.
Requirements
Required Ss or Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Minimum of Bachelor s Degree in HRM/Management/Administration.
- Knowledge of practices principles and procedures of human resources management including recruitment Learning & Development Performance Management Employee Relations etc and knowledge of the labor Act.
- Communication and Interpersonal ss.
