Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for operative staff and administrative roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Oversee employee relations addressing issues resolving conflicts and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws health and safety regulations.
  • Manage performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
  • Handle payroll employee benefits and leave administration
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and handle reporting requirements.



Requirements

Required Ss or Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Minimum of Bachelor s Degree in HRM/Management/Administration.
  • Knowledge of practices principles and procedures of human resources management including recruitment Learning & Development Performance Management Employee Relations etc and knowledge of the labor Act.
  • Communication and Interpersonal ss.
