JOB PURPOSE
- Develop plan and execute communication campaigns and ociated products and activities for different stakeholders with the objective of promoting brand awareness increasing visibility and advocacy of MSF s work in south Asia region including its priorities and programs.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of public events.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Campaign strategy and planning
- Design write and implement targeted communications campaign strategies and work plans that are aligned with MSF South Asia strategic objectives and social mission as well as those of the larger Movement.
- Provide leadership and advice on strategic approaches to communicating program activities and coordinate planning and implementation of strategic (internal and external) communications activities
- Design and strategize branding proposals needed to address different segments of MSF audiences.
- Ensure the implementation tracking measurement and ysis of campaigns are on time within budget and against the targets.
- Brief external agencies manage relationships and monitor deliverables against campaign brief and targets.
- Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular internal presentations on outcomes against main objectives and targets.
- Develop indicators that will aim to measure baselines and results of MSF brand awareness and campaigning work.
2. Event strategy planning and monitoring
- Strategize plan budget and monitor the creation of content for events
- Liaise with relevant MSF South Asia teams sponsoring events to understand requirements follow up on progress and participate in postevent evaluation.
- Deliver and/or coordinate the implementation of events content and setup
- Develop reports on events contribution to MSF institutional branding and speaking out goals
- Adhere to Data Protection Policy
- Contribute towards internal communications
KEY INTERACTIONS
- Works closely with all members of the Communications FR Programs HR teams and GD s office
- Builds strong relationships and collaborates actively with
- MSF India operations
- Colleagues from the MSF movement worldwide
- Interface and consult regularly with crossfunctional teams across the movement to ensure consistency in messaging and managing relationships and performance of external consultants

University degree in Communications/ Public Relations/International Relations or equivalent field from a reputed institute and/or a combination of relevant professional experiences in line with the responsibilities listed in this job description
2. Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
Minimum 68 years of experience in communication media engagement public relations development communication or related fields preferably with an INGO in the humanitarian sector.
3. Other requirements (Behavioral Language Certifications etc including competencies )
- Proven track record of successful planning and implementation of communications strategies and campaigns.
- Solid understanding and handson experience with current theories and practices in communication research planning and strategy and traditional as well as modern communications channels
- Knowledge and experience of digital communications and advertising
- A portfolio of successfully conceptualized and managed events
- Ability to work independently move projects from conceptual stages to launch/implementation with a proven ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team and provide strategic vision and leadership
- Excellent writing editing and proofreading ss
- Outstanding proven time management and organizational ss including the ability to prioritize ongoing vs. immediate needs appropriately.
- Willingness and ability to travel around the South Asia region and beyond
- Able to integrate and work collaboratively with a multicultural team

- Language; English and preferably at least one South Asian languages: Hindi Urdu Sinhala Tamil Bangla Punjabi
