Location: Braga Portugal
Starting Date: 16th October 2024
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday Rotational Shifts (07:00 AM 06:00 PM)
Days Off: Sunday and 1 Rotational Day
Working Model: Hybrid (Combination of Remote and Onsite)
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract (3 months trial period)
Monthly Gross Salary: 830 EUR per 14 months
Allowances:
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (190872 per annum)
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month (240 per annum)
Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR per 12 months
Performance Bonus: 170 EUR per 12 months

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in French to join our dynamic team in Braga. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients handling inquiries and providing exceptional support across various digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- ist clients with troubleing and technical support related to digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service and maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records and doent customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication ss and customeroriented approach.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving ss and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising or familiarity with online marketing platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
