Cabin crew members commonly known as flight attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety security and comfort of pengers during flights. They provide a high standard of customer service ist pengers and handle emergency situations.

Job Role

PreFlight Duties:

Attend preflight briefings to understand flight details and penger requirements.

Brief pengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.

During the Flight:

Welcome pengers on board and ist with seating.

Provide special istance to pengers with specific needs such as elderly or disabled pengers.

Respond to penger queries and complaints.

Flight Duties:

Ensure pengers disembark safely.

Complete flight reports.

ist in cleaning and preparing the aircraft for the next flight.

Requirements

Minimum height requirement (varies by airline generally around 52 to 62).

No visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be concealed.

Good physical health and fitness.

Typically between 1835 years old.
