Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a DutchSpeaking Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team in Berlin. This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent Dutch speaker who is enthusiastic about social media and digital marketing. In this role you will be responsible for driving our marketing and sales efforts in the Dutchspeaking market building relationships with clients and promoting our suite of social media solutions.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop strategies generate leads and close deals ensuring our clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients in the Dutchspeaking market understanding their needs and presenting tailored social media solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through research networking and digital outreach strategies and qualify prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Development: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients effectively communicating the value and benefits of our social media services.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads in the Dutchspeaking market.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and yze sales and marketing performance metrics providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Content Creation: ist in creating and localizing marketing materials and content for the Dutchspeaking market ensuring messaging is consistent and culturally relevant.
- Market ysis: Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product development and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business results.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system for reporting and ysis purposes.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with local laws and regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is also required.
- Excellent Communication Ss: Strong verbal and written communication ss with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
- Sales and Marketing Aen: A pion for sales and marketing with a keen interest in the social media industry.

- OnSite Requirement: Must be based in Berlin and willing to work fully onsite in our vibrant office.
