Position Overview:
As a German Speaking Chat and Email Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers. Your main responsibilities will involve providing exceptional customer support via chat and email with occasional phone calls. You will work onsite at our Sofia office helping to resolve customer inquiries offering istance with our products and services and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Occasionally handle customer inquiries via phone.
- Problem Resolution: ist customers with productrelated questions trouble issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products services and promotions to offer accurate information and support to customers.
- Professional Communication: Communicate with customers in a friendly professional and empathetic manner to build strong relationships and foster trust.
- Accurate Doentation: Record all customer interactions issues and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the management team on common issues customer concerns and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and highquality customer service.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and guidelines including maintaining data confidentiality and following data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (both written and spoken) and proficient in English for internal communication.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in chat or email support.
- Communication Ss: Excellent written and verbal communication ss with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- ProblemSolving Ability: Strong problemsolving ss with the ability to think critically and offer effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and various software applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
