Customer Care Specialist with German Start Your Career with a Leading Global Partner in Sofia
About the Role:
Cross Border Talents is seeking enthusiastic Germanspeaking Customer Care Specialists to join our partner companys growing team in Sofia. You will be part of an innovative fastpaced environment delivering exceptional customer service for a leading global brand that revolutionizes the entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through 9095% email and chat support and 510% inbound phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries issues and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Trouble and resolve customer problems related to products or services.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
Your Work Schedule:
- Rotating shifts: Monday to Sunday
- Shifts scheduled between 10:00 AM and 2:00 AM
- Flexibility required for weekend and evening shifts with extra pay after 10 PM.
- Taxi vouchers provided for late shifts.
Training & Onboarding:
- 2 weeks of comprehensive training followed by 2 weeks of nesting to ensure you are fully equipped to handle the role.
- All training hours are fully paid.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Good command of English (B1 level).
- Excellent communication ss and a pion for customer service.
- Strong typing and computer ss.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
