Job Description

Tasks
- Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks to improve overall application efficiency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Understanding of how to apply microservice architectures successfully;
- Experience in using NoSQL databases ElasticSearch (preferred) Dynamo MongoDB Redis etc.
- Exposure to eventdriven architectures and event streaming/messaging tools like Kafka (preferred) Pulsar RabbitMQ etc;
- Significant C#.NET experience and expertise;
- Be able to identify opportunities for best practice improvements within the team and share knowledge on how to address them;
- Be able to tackle complex technical problems;
- Experience in working in an Agile environment;
- Proven record of mentoring and coaching more junior engineers;
- Experience of driving an improvement in best practices within the team.
