(Freelance/Projectbased)
We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on peoples wellbeing and health and love to engage with people during phone calls we would like to work with you!
Your responsibilities:
- Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
- Screening patients (no sales calls pure customer service).
- Being part of the team where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.
Your profile:
- You speak Polish (mothertongue) and English.
- You have worked as a Nurse CRA or a position in the medical field.
- You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
- You have an understanding of medical topics.
- You have initial experience in handling customers requests via phone and email ideally you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
- You are wellorganized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a firstcl service to customers.
- You can work in the morning noon afternoon and if necessary evening time.
