Tasks

About the Role:
Are you ready for a new adventure in Portugal
In this role you will provide serviceoriented inbound support for a German bank account.
Your responsibilities will include answering customer questions executing orders on the first contact isting with phone banking ID and TPIN setup guiding customers through the Postbank app setup and providing exceptional customer service for all retail banking inquiries.
You will also trouble and resolve customer issues efficiently maintain accurate records of customer interactions collaborate with team members to improve service processes and stay updated on banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Near or native German speaker

Monday to Saturday 8am5pm (rotative days off)
Onsite 100% in Portugal. Relocation istance offered.
Health Insurance:
Yes but you need to already have NIF and NISS.
