Our client is a globally recognized diversified group company with industrial construction as its core business providing comprehensive solutions from design and construction to aftersales service. The company operates within China and in several countries worldwide earning recognition from hundreds of companies due to its topnotch products and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct information gathering and market research on new construction or renovation projects of Japaneseinvested enterprises in Thailand.
- Develop sales strategies tailored to specific project and organize or participate in project bidding.
- Maintain client relationships and conduct client visits.
- Other salesrelated tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferably in architecture civil engineering or related fields.
- Experience in business operations or project management within construction companies is preferred.
- Native Japanese speaker.
- Familiar with the industrial construction market in Thailand and willing to work longterm in Thailand.
