Job Title: React Lead
Location: Austin TX Hybrid

Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field
Lead the design of React.js applications ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including UI/UX designers backend developers and product managers translate business requirements in technical solutions.
Work with other developers providing guidance on React.js best practices coding standards and development methodologies.
10 years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js.
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications from conception deployment.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and related web technologies.
Deep understanding of frontend builds tools and package managers (e.g. Webpack npm).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming.
Excellent communication skills with the ability effectively articulate technical concepts both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt changing priorities.
