Position Summary:
We seek an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations across the organization. The VP of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. As an executive team member you will work closely with crossfunctional departments to ensure alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Lead mentor and grow a highperforming sales team.
Collaborate with the executive team to align sales efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue and profitability through effective sales processes customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Identify new market opportunities develop growth strategies and expand the companys market presence.
Sales Operations & Forecasting:
Oversee sales operations management including pipeline management forecasting and reporting.
Track sales metrics and ensure accurate reporting of performance and results to the executive team.
Customer Relationships & Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers industry partners and stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to expand its brand presence.
Collaboration & Crossfunctional Support:
Work closely with Marketing Product and Operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches promotional activities and customer service.
To inform product development and innovation provide insights and feedback on customer needs market trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
7 years of experience in sales leadership with a track record of driving growth in a B2B environment.
Proven ability to lead inspire and develop a highperforming sales team.
Experience with CRM systems sales analytics and sales forecasting tools.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking problemsolving abilities and business acumen. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to market changes
