Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary VP of Marketing to lead our Web3 marketing efforts and drive growth for our innovative platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of decentralized education and gaming while being part of a highpotential startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our Web3 platform
- Lead brand development and positioning in the competitive Web3 space
- Oversee all marketing channels including digital social media content and community management
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure marketing alignment with product roadmap
- Build and manage relationships with key partners influencers and media in the Web3 ecosystem
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budget and resources effectively
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in Web3 blockchain or crypto marketing
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology DeFi and the broader Web3 ecosystem
- Experience in building and scaling marketing teams in fastpaced startup environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Datadriven approach to marketing with strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in gaming or edtech marketing
- Background in community building and management for Web3 projects
- Understanding of tokenomics and experience with tokenbased marketing strategies
Compensation:
