Job Description

  1. Social Media Strategy:

    • Develop implement and manage the social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter TikTok etc.).

    • Align the social media strategy with broader marketing goals and business objectives to drive brand awareness engagement and conversions.

    • Identify trends and insights to optimize social media performance and grow online communities.

  1. Content Creation & Curation:

    • Create and publish engaging content (text images videos) that resonates with target audiences and represents the brand s voice.

    • Collaborate with the content team to develop highquality visuals and graphics that enhance social media posts.

    • Curate relevant content from industry leaders partners and influencers to keep audiences engaged and informed.

  1. Community Engagement:

    • Manage and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers responding to comments messages and mentions promptly.

    • Develop and execute communitybuilding initiatives such as contests polls and live events to increase engagement.

    • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates for potential partnerships and collaborations.

  1. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Monitor social media accounts daily track engagement metrics (likes shares comments follower growth) and analyze the performance of campaigns.

    • Use analytics tools such as Facebook Insights Instagram Analytics and Google Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies.

    • Prepare monthly reports summarizing social media performance highlighting successes challenges and opportunities for improvement.

  1. Brand Consistency & Voice:

    • Ensure that all social media content reflects Infinity Brands tone style and values.

    • Work closely with other departments to maintain consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms.

    • Stay uptodate on industry trends algorithm changes and emerging platforms to ensure Infinity Brands remains competitive in the digital space.

  1. Collaboration & Campaign Management:

    • Collaborate with marketing design and paid media teams to coordinate social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives.

    • Support franchisees with social media strategies and guidelines offering best practices and troubleshooting assistance when needed.

    • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Paid Media team optimizing for engagement and conversions.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content and design.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO content marketing and digital advertising is a plus


Proven work experience as a sales manager Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Understanding of sales performance metrics A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Matric certificate Certification in Marketing, Sales or a relevant field is a plus
